5777z Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "5777z" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at https://5777z.io, including all associated services, tools, and content.
• "Platform" means the 5777z website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services accessible through those channels.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses any service on the 5777z Platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon completing the 5777z registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the balance held within a Player's 5777z Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or non-withdrawable incentive awarded by 5777z to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer and refers to the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which governs all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on the 5777z Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 5777z strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling activities.
• You have not previously had a 5777z Account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 5777z employee or business partner where participation may represent a conflict of interest.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being suspended pending investigation, with balances potentially forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a functional email address. You are required to update your Account details promptly should any information change.

5777z reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, during promotional claims, or at any point where unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• National ID Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driver's licence issued in Bangladesh
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing current residential address (dated within 90 days)

All funds deposited into a 5777z Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion applied.

5777z does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 5777z's control. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

5777z reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds where transactions appear inconsistent with a Player's stated profile, or where anti-money-laundering procedures require enhanced due diligence.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Players must complete KYC verification as detailed in Section 3. Withdrawals may not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 25 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank): Typically 1–3 business days, subject to banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

5777z reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction. During such checks, the Player will be notified and funds will be held temporarily pending review. 5777z aims to complete all security reviews within 48 hours of initiating them.

5777z offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General rules applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Fund-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 5777z reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if evidence of misuse, technical exploitation, or bad-faith participation is detected.
• Players who self-exclude or who have opted into responsible gaming restrictions may be excluded from promotional offers during the restriction period.

All bets placed on the 5777z Platform are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered upon. These rules are published in the relevant sports betting section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General betting rules applicable across all sports markets:

• A bet is accepted and binding once a confirmation message has been displayed to the Player and the corresponding amount deducted from the Player's Wallet.
• Bets cannot be cancelled by the Player after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• 5777z reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human input error. The Player's stake will be returned in full in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at 5777z's discretion based on real-time event developments.
• Results are determined based on official scores and outcomes reported by recognised governing bodies, including the ICC (cricket), FIFA (football), and other relevant sporting authorities.

Casino games available on the 5777z Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game studio operates its own certified random number generator (RNG) and submits to independent auditing to verify return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

The published RTP for each game represents the theoretical long-run average return across a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will deviate from this average. 5777z makes no guarantee of any specific return for any Player in any session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5777z Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any behaviour that 5777z reasonably determines to constitute match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption of any sporting event.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account.

5777z reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, underage gambling, or account inactivity.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may contact 5777z support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Inactive Accounts: An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 5777z will notify the Player via registered email before any administrative fee is applied to inactive accounts. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.

5777z is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible from the Account settings dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on funds deposited into your Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary break from gambling activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon request.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from 5777z.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technical component of the Platform.
• Use of any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tool against the Platform.
• Creation of derivative works based on the 5777z brand, design system, or proprietary content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5777z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes losses arising from:

• Technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or service interruptions.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data, unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's own failure to secure credentials, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that are corrected under the terms of Section 7 (Betting Rules) or Section 8 (Casino Games).

Nothing in these Terms limits 5777z's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5777z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon next login. The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 5777z Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English language version shall prevail. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 5777z, the Player is encouraged to contact the 5777z support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The support team aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (BST).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. 5777z's decision on any dispute, once made following a thorough internal review, will be communicated to the Player in writing via their registered email address.
